terminal a: fluggäste, die es nicht gibt, lautsprecherdurchsagen für orte die nicht zu bereisen sind, check-in für unbekannte passagiere. hexagonal räumlich und klanglich bietet die komposition von blixa bargeld zum letzten mal abflug und ankunft für den legendären flughafen, öffnet die gates für utopische reisen, die niemals stattgefunden haben und den traum eines „nirgendheim“. die kürzel für die lautsprecheransagen sind ebenfalls komponiert und ein kleines bisschen musik gibt es vielleicht auch noch…
terminal a: air travelers who aren’t there, loudspeaker announcements for places one can’t fly to, check-in for unknown passengers. spatially and sonically hexagonal, blixa bargeld’s composition presents one last arrival and departure for the legendary airport, opening the gates for utopian trips that have never happened and the dream of a “nowherehome”.
the abbreviations for the public announcements are also composed and maybe there’ll be a little bit of music too…
